Central Queensland Indigenous Development (CQID) is seeking a Youth Worker to support children and young people in out-of-home care, providing trauma-informed and therapeutic care within a culturally protected framework across CQID services in regional Queensland.
You will work a mix of day, night and weekend shifts, engage with families and communities, maintain high-quality records, and contribute to care plans under supervision to foster healing and positive outcomes for young people in care.
