Downer is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the delivery of infrastructure, facilities, plant and equipment maintenance at our Cardiff Delivery Centre.

You will drive performance, reliability and safety across site operations, leading a high-performing team and supply chain to deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance while supporting critical infrastructure projects.
