Vice President, Performance & Analytics Transformation

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead performance and analytics transformation initiatives, including platform onboarding and client migrations from legacy systems to modern solutions. The role oversees delivery from intake through release readiness, operationalization, and post-release reporting, while coordinating milestones, dependencies, resources, and risk resolution across global teams. Responsibilities include assessing migration readiness, partnering with product and technology teams, coordinating testing and training, and leading change management in line with control and compliance expectations.

The Vice President will also validate analytics outputs, address production issues, improve delivery processes, and communicate progress and recommendations to stakeholders. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in product delivery,



implementation, program management, or operations within financial services. Required qualifications include cross-functional delivery and release planning, change readiness, platform or client migration experience, familiarity with the systems development life cycle, and the ability to support institutional clients or investment analytics workflows.

Strong problem-solving, clear senior-level reporting, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are essential. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred; experience with analytics platforms, metrics-driven delivery, or relevant professional certifications is an advantage.
