including prioritising work and delivering services effectivelyDeveloping an understanding of client operations and strategyManaging prospective client relationshipsContinual professional development and managing MCLE requirementsThe successful candidate4+ years' PQE and must have experience in professional indemnity mattersPrevious exposure to business development and a natural ability to build strong client relationshipsAbility to manage client expectations and run matters autonomouslyInterested in establishing a long‑term successful career with Colin Biggers & PaisleyAbility to relate to people at all levels and effectively work in a teamA strong focus on turnaround timeCommercial acumenPractical and client focused problem‑solving skillsA strong, plain language communication styleJoin the teamOur culture focuses on excellence without losing sight of work‑life balance.
