Argo Natural Resources is seeking a hands-on Health, Safety & Training leader to drive safety systems, risk management, and competency across coal mining operations in Queensland. The role reports to the General Manager/SSE and focuses on enforcing compliance and turning safety strategy into tangible results at Carborough Downs.You will oversee incident investigations, training programs, and contractor management, using SHMS and LMS tools to lift safety culture and performance across all levels #J-18808-Ljbffr
