About the Role

This is a new position created to enhance our existing business applications support service. Being supported by the Business Applications Lead, you’ll experience a fast-paced environment with multiple software application initiatives underway and an ongoing transition of business application support to the IT team. You will provide technical and functional support for our core business applications, including ERP, POS, inventory management, field services, CRM and people systems. You’ll be a go-to expert for troubleshooting, system enhancements, and integrations, ensuring stability and efficiency across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first and second-level support for business systems.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues within SLA targets.




- Respond to user queries and deliver training on system functionality.
- Perform configuration changes utilising a formal change management process
- Support system upgrades, patches, and new implementations.
- Develop and maintain reports, analyse system usage, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain process and procedural documentation as systems evolve and new functionality is introduced

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

- Tertiary IT qualifications and/or 5+ years in Business Systems Support.
- Experience supporting enterprise software applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and application support skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiar with quality assurance, particularly test planning and testing validation
- ITIL certification or similar.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, POS, Inventory, field services or people software platforms.
- Configuration and support of REST API application integrations
