Located at 285 Church St, Parramatta NSW 2150, in the heart of the Parramatta CBD dining precinct, our store trades seven days a week with extended evening hours, serving a diverse customer base of local office workers, students, residents, shoppers, and visitors.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Retail Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and supporting team performance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities
for this position include:
* Managing day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery




* Leading, training, and mentoring front-of-house and back-of-house team members
* Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety
* Handling customer enquiries and resolving any feedback promptly and professionally
* Assisting with rostering, stock control, ordering, and general administrative duties
* Driving sales and ensuring brand standards are consistently met across all shiftsThe successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume retail and dining setting. Prior experience in restaurant or retail management is highly regarded.
