Arctree in the Arundel area is seeking a Finance & Business Support Lead to own the finance function and streamline manual processes in a technical workplace.

You will manage Xero AP/AR, purchasing and logistics, and month-end reporting, driving process improvements and ensuring accurate books with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years Xero experience or a Cert IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting and thrives in a small-to-medium business with a practical, hands-on mindset.
