An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Agentic AI Security Consultant to join a major financial institution undertaking cutting-edge AI transformation initiatives. This role will play a critical part in establishing secure foundations for AI agents, agentic workflows, and emerging machine identity capabilities across cloud and enterprise environments.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing security controls, identity frameworks, and governance models that enable the safe adoption of AI agents while maintaining compliance with enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement security architectures for Agentic AI platforms and autonomous AI systems.
- Design and establish trust boundaries, runtime controls, agent governance frameworks, and secure-by-design AI architectures.
- Lead identity and access management strategies for AI agents and other non-human identities.
- Develop and implement workload identity solutions across cloud-native environments.
- Design secure OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), token exchange, delegated authorization, and token security models.
- Establish identity, consent, delegation, and Human-in-the-Loop control frameworks for agent-based systems.
- Partner with security, cloud, architecture, and AI teams to embed security controls into AI deployments.
- Provide security guidance for agent platforms including Microsoft and AWS AI ecosystems.
- Drive security risk assessments, threat modelling,



and governance activities related to AI-enabled services.

Required Experience

Essential

- Deep understanding of Agentic AI Security, including:
- Trust boundaries
- Runtime controls
- Agent governance
- Secure AI architecture design

- Strong experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) for non-human identities.
- Expertise in Workload Identity concepts and implementation.
- Advanced knowledge of:

- OAuth 2.0
- OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- Token-based security
- Token exchange and delegation patterns

- Strong understanding of identity consent models, delegated access, and Human-in-the-Loop security controls.
- Experience designing security architecture within AWS and/or Microsoft cloud environments.
- Security architecture experience within large, complex enterprise environments.

Desirable

- Experience with:
- Microsoft Agent365
- Entra ID for Agents
- AWS Bedrock AgentCore
- AgentCore Identity

- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and emerging AI security frameworks.
- Financial Services or regulated industry experience.
- Relevant certifications such as:

- CISSP
- CCSP
- SC-100
- SC-300
- AWS Security Specialty
- SABSA or TOGAF
