CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Incident Response Handyperson to provide rostered coverage for building services incidents and alarms across campus in Melbourne. The role monitors BMS and AIMS alarms and guides the FIR Technician, with steam boiler blow downs and basic HVAC tasks included.

Offered are job security, paid overtime, 5 weeks annual leave, an extra 2 charity leave days, and ongoing training within a global firm. A pool car and explicit career pathway support are provided.
