Vitality Community Care is hiring female Support Workers to join their company team (not an independent role) in Brisbane CBD. The role involves structured, task-based support for a participant living independently. Duties include household tasks and cleaning, meal preparation and daily living support, transport and errands, and community and social access. Consistent hours are available across weekdays and weekends. Rates: $43/hr weekdays, $58/hr Saturdays, $65/hr Sundays. The ideal candidate is reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
Requirements
Entry-Level
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent preferred
