About the Role

As an Assistant in Nursing, you will support elderly residents to maintain their wellbeing, dignity and independence while delivering high-quality care within residential aged care facilities.





Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
- Supporting residents with mobility and transfers
- Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting concerns
- Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and care teams
- Building positive relationships with residents, families and staff
- Delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care

About You To be successful, you will have:

- Minimum 6 months recent experience as an AIN, PCA or Care Worker in aged care
- Current National Police Check
- Up-to-date vaccinations and compliance documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for aged care and resident wellbeing
- Full Australian working rights
