Monarto Safari Resort & Safari Lodge, part of Journey Beyond, is seeking Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs and Kitchen Hands to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for high quality preparation and presentation across breakfast, lunch and dinner services.

Successful candidates will have Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, a passion for guest experience, and solid food safety standards. Availability for early mornings, weekends and public holidays is required.
