Square Australia is seeking a Deputy Chief Compliance Officer & Compliance Management System Manager to lead the effectiveness and maturity of our Compliance Management System. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer – Australia, you will operate as a senior individual contributor with autonomy and influence.

You will own the CMS, design frameworks, coordinate risk assessments, manage regulatory change, and provide credible risk-based guidance to senior stakeholders across the business.
