Hindmarsh is seeking an experienced construction lawyer to join our Corporate team as Managing Counsel – Construction. This in-house role focuses on work-winning and live projects across ACT, NSW and SA, reporting to the General Counsel.You will sign off on tenders and bids, negotiate head contracts with clients, and guide project teams through delivery. You’ll collaborate with business development, estimating and project teams, advising senior leadership on risk, procurement strategy and #J-18808-Ljbffr
