Join our team and help provide high-quality, client-focused care as part of the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Community Nursing Program./n/nAbout the Role/n/nIn this role, you will:/n/n• Deliver holistic, person-centred nursing care to eligible DVA clients./n/n• Support veterans to maintain their independence and quality of life at home./n/n• Provide comprehensive assessments, care planning, and monitoring./n/n• Administer medications, manage wound care, and provide health education./n/n• Document care in accordance with DVA and professional standards./n/n• Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes./n/n/nWhat We’re Looking For/n/nTo be successful in this role,
