DB Melville is seeking a motivated and organised 2IC (Second in Charge) to join our friendly and supportive team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dental Assistant or Receptionist looking to take the next step in their career and develop their leadership skills within a busy and successful practice.

About the Role

As the 2IC, you will work closely with the Practice Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the practice. This hands-on role requires a combination of clinical knowledge, administrative expertise, and leadership capability.

You will play a key role in supporting team performance, coordinating patient care, and ensuring smooth practice operations while helping to create a positive experience for both patients and staff.

Skills & Experience To Be Successful,



You Will Have:

- Previous experience working within a dental practice
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Reception and/or Treatment Coordination
- Experience using Dental4Windows (D4W)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekends
