About the Role
As an Account Executive at Channel Factory, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and growing client relationships while owning the day-to-day management of campaigns across your portfolio. Sitting between Coordinator and Manager level, this role combines strong executional capability with developing strategic thinking and client leadership.
You will act as a primary point of contact for select clients and a key support on larger, more complex accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly, insights are clearly communicated, and performance objectives are achieved.
This role is ideal for someone ready to step beyond coordination and into greater ownership - managing campaigns independently, contributing to strategic planning, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned clients, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, developing a solid understanding of their business goals and KPIs.
- Support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers on high-value accounts while independently managing smaller to mid-tier accounts.
- Participate in campaign kick-off calls and performance reviews, confidently presenting campaign updates and insights.
- Identify upsell opportunities and support renewal conversations through strong performance delivery and proactive recommendations.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of end-of-month billing for all campaigns managed.
- Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns across YouTube, programmatic, and social platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Trading to ensure timely launches, optimisations, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor campaign pacing, performance (with a focus on contextual alignment through channel lists), and delivery, proactively flagging risks and optimisation opportunities.
- Ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded through data-driven recommendations.
- Manage billing processes for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Analyse campaign performance data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
- Build client-ready reports highlighting performance metrics, optimisations, and strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to post-campaign analyses that demonstrate campaign effectiveness and identify future growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting within Salesforce and relevant CRM platforms.
- Support Sales with campaign insights and performance data to strengthen renewal and upsell conversations.
- Mentor and guide Account Coordinators on campaign processes and best practices, supporting their professional development.
Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years in a client-facing role within AdTech, digital media, or agency environments.
- Hands-on experience with campaign management, programmatic platforms, and digital media buying.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, reporting, charts).
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable client insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident presenting performance updates and insights to clients.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into explicit client-facing language.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Capable of independently managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Demonstrates accountability and proactive problem-solving.
- Builds trust with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborative mindset with emerging leadership skills.
- Strong interest in digital advertising, YouTube, contextual targeting, and brand suitability.
- Google Ads or YouTube certifications are advantageous.
