An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented Associate or Senior Associate (4-6 PQE) to join a growing real estate team with a strong pipeline of premium transactional and project-based work across Australia. The team advises a sophisticated client base that includes institutional investors, developers, private equity sponsors, infrastructure owners, renewable energy proponents, government entities and multinational corporations on complex, high-value matters.

This role offers exposure to landmark transactions spanning commercial, industrial, residential, rural, healthcare, infrastructure and renewable energy assets, together with the opportunity to work directly with highly regarded practitioners and major clients.

The Opportunity

You will work across a broad range of matters, including:

- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial and development assets
- Large-scale property development projects
- Renewable energy and infrastructure developments
- Due diligence and transaction management
- Leasing and asset management matters
- Property aspects of major projects and infrastructure developments
- Strategic advice relating to land tenure, project delivery and development issues




- Direct client engagement and negotiation of transaction documents

This is a role for a lawyer who enjoys complex transactions, values client contact and wants to take ownership of matters while continuing to develop under solid mentorship.

About You To be successful, you will ideally have:

- 4-6 years' post-qualification experience
- Experience gained within a reputable property, real estate, projects or development practice
- Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills
- Experience acting on acquisitions, disposals, developments and/or leasing matters
- Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused approach
- An ability to build strong client relationships
- A proactive, collaborative and team-oriented mindset
