WE’RE HIRING: AV TECHS + EVENT CREW!

Be Productions | Come make some event magic

Big events. Great crew. No boring days.Love the energy of live events? Prefer being in the thick of the action instead of stuck behind a desk? Be Productions is looking for awesome people to help bring outdoor events, festivals, activations and live productions to life.

Two ways to join the crewAV TECHNICIANS — You know your audio, lighting or vision gear, understand signal flow and can keep your cool when tech throws a curveball. You’ll set up, operate, troubleshoot and pack down event systems. Live-event AV experience required.

EVENT CREW / GENERAL LABOUR — You’re reliable, energetic and ready to roll up your sleeves. Think bump-in, bump-out, loading gear, setting up infrastructure and helping the production team make it all happen. No AV experience needed!

Sound like you? We’re after team players who show up, work hard and bring a great attitude. You’ll need to be comfortable with physical work, predominantly outdoor events and flexible schedule — including nights, weekends and public holidays. A driver’s licence is a big plus.

Why join us?Different events. Different locations. Hands-on experience. A supportive crew. And plenty of chances to learn and grow.

Ready to get amongst it?Get in touch and let us know if you’re an AV Tech, Event Crew superstar or interested in both. Know someone who’d be perfect? Tag them or share this post!
