- Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences./ /
- Assisting customers with product selection and offering advice./ /
- Handling transactions efficiently at the register./ /
- Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products./ /
- Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper./ /
- Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service./ /
- Supporting in different departments across the store/ / / Who We Are Looking For/ / Minimum 1 year of experience working with bikes:/ / /
- Solid understanding of modern drivetrains, hydraulic brakes and suspension./ /
- Strong attention to detail and great customer service skills./ /
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for our products/ /
- Strong communication skills and a friendly approach/ /
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment./ /
- Availability for flexible shifts, including late night, weekends, and public holidays./ /
