About the Role The Support at Home program is reshaping the way older Australians receive care, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who understands the sector and can help us grow with it. You’ll be the face of Right at Home Brisbane South in the community, building the referral relationships that connect more older Brisbane residents with the care they need to stay independent at home.

What you’ll do

- Build and maintain robust relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, GPs, allied health providers, assessors and community organisations
- Guide new clients and their families through onboarding, supporting them every step of the way.
- Manage expectations and not oversell services.
- Work towards agreed growth and referral targets
- Contribute to our social media presence by sharing stories, updates and events
- Represent the business at expos, networking events and community groups

About you

- Experience in business development,



sales or community liaison in aged care, ideally with Support at Home or Home Care Package knowledge
- Strong understanding of the aged care funding landscape
- Self-motivated and organised, comfortable managing your own diary and pipeline
- Reliable and accountable, with a genuine passion for supporting older Australians
- Current driver’s licence
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Criminal History Check

- $70,000 per year salary (up to $110,000 based on performance)
