Role Description The Business Change Manager is a contract engagement, on-site in Canberra. This role is responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating business change initiatives, ensuring they align with project objectives and outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders to understand needs, mapping current and future business processes, and developing change plans, change products, communications, and training approaches.

The Business Change

Manager will monitor progress of interdependent projects, manage risks and issues, analyse data and feedback to refine change activities,



and provide regular reports to leadership and clients. The role also involves collaborating with consultants and client teams to embed new ways of working and support successful adoption of change.

Expectations

- Candidate should be TSPV cleared
- Strong stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management skills to build trust, communicate with influence and manager competing stakeholders.
- Solid change management experience, including planning, coordination, development and delivery of change activities and products.
- Experience in project led business transformation and organizational change, including implementation of new operating models.
- Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and change-related activities with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage priorities, and adapt to evolving client needs in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant qualifications, industry leading frameworks and practical experience using change management methodologies.
