Excelsia University College is seeking an experienced and committed Christian academic leader to join as Chief Academic Officer (CAO).

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across Excelsia's academic portfolio, overseeing teaching and learning, research, academic governance, course development and quality assurance.

Working closely with the Heads of School and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in strengthening academic performance, supporting faculty development and driving initiatives aligned with Excelsia's strategic vision.





This is a significant leadership prospect to contribute to Excelsia's ambition of achieving full university status, ensuring academic excellence, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the institution.

You will hold a PhD in a relevant discipline, preferably Society and Culture, Information Technology, Creative Arts, Business or Education, and bring substantial senior academic leadership experience, ideally at Professor (Level E) level. A strong research record, experience in academic governance, accreditation and managing multidisciplinary academic teams will be highly regarded.
