Prince Mark Hotel in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Manager to help keep the venue buzzing and loved by locals. This hands-on role involves leading a team, ensuring safe, smooth operations, and delivering excellent vibes across shifts.

You should have experience in bar, bistro, or gaming environments, some supervisory background, and hold RSA, RCG, and Gaming Licence as required by the state. If you’re keen to learn and lead, we’d love to hear from you.
