Albury Wodonga Aboriginal Health Service (AWAHS) is seeking a compassionate Aboriginal Disability Liaison Officer (ADLO) to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in accessing the NDIS and other services. The role centers on trust, advocacy and culturally secure support, working closely with community and service partners to reduce barriers and improve outcomes.
You will walk alongside individuals and families, guiding them from eligibility to linking with the right supports,
