Social Futures is seeking a Program Worker for the Brighter Beginnings initiative based in Grafton, NSW. This contract role supports families with children aged 0–5, delivering early practical help through FCS partners and ECEC services.

You will engage families with a person-centred, evidence-based approach and connect them to culturally appropriate supports and services. The role focuses on improving social and emotional wellbeing, with funding through 31 December 2027.
