Coast & Country Primary Care Bathurst is seeking an Outreach Nurse to deliver mobile, person-centred health care to people experiencing homelessness and those sleeping rough in Bathurst and Orange. You will work with the HoTS team to engage clients at community hubs and outreach locations, providing immediate care and referrals.
