Kapitol is seeking an experienced Services Manager to support a major Data Centre fitout on a 12-month contract. You will lead the delivery of Electrical, Mechanical, Fire and Controls services in a live workplace, coordinating consultants, subcontractors and client stakeholders to ensure on-time completion.

Focused on safety, quality and programme, you will oversee design, procurement, installation and commissioning, reporting progress and risks to the project leadership.
