Our client is a leading global consultancy seeking an experienced commercial lawyer for a 3-month contract that be based in either Sydney or Brisbane (hybrid-working basis).
You'll be able to run commercial contract negotiations from start to finish without supervision and will have excellent judgement on commercial risk.
You'll have 5-10+ years' PQE, coming from a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
Experience with consulting agreements and MSAs would be highly regarded, but otherwise lawyers with experience drafting and negotiating complex, multi-party and high-value contacts is essential.
Experience in the infrastructure, development, construction and/or environmental sectors would be a plus, but is not essential.
The ideal start date for this 3-month contract position is early-to-mid November 2026.
