We’re looking for a Construction Supervisor to oversee multiple commercial construction projects across Adelaide, bringing together people, planning and practical expertise to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines hands-on construction knowledge with the confidence to lead people, manage competing priorities and keep projects moving forward.

To be successful, you’ll need:

- Demonstrated experience managing construction projects, particularly within commercial construction.
- The ability to coordinate multiple projects, subcontractors and site activities.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to challenges, quality and project delivery.
- A sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- A hands-on trade background, such as carpentry, or extensive on-site construction experience.

Essential requirements:

- Valid South Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Construction White Card.
- Demonstrated construction project management experience.
- Commercial construction experience.

Highly regarded:

- A relevant construction trade qualification.
- A Bachelor of Construction or a related qualification.




- Estimating experience, or a genuine interest in developing your skills in this area.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in bringing commercial construction projects to life, from coordinating delivery through to final completion.

Your responsibilities will include

- Supervising and managing multiple commercial construction projects.
- Coordinating project teams, subcontractors and day-to-day site activities.
- Building productive relationships with clients, consultants, architects and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with WHS requirements.
- Monitoring project schedules, budgets and quality standards.
- Identifying and resolving construction challenges with practical, effective solutions.
- Contributing to estimating, project planning and delivery strategies.
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction throughout each project.
