We are looking for a CA/CPA-qualified Senior Accountant with at least five years’ Australian public-practice experience to join our growing Accounting team.

At Salt, a senior accounting role is about more than producing compliant work. You will work closely with senior leaders in an established integrated accounting and financial advice business where good ideas and genuine contribution are visible.

The opportunity

- Own and develop relationships with a wide-ranging portfolio of clients.
- Prepare high-quality financial statements and tax returns.
- Apply your accounting, taxation and superannuation knowledge to practical client needs.

What you will bring

- CA or CPA qualification.
- At least five years’ Australian public-practice experience.
- Strong technical accounting and taxation capability.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
- Sound judgement, initiative and close attention to detail.
- A desire to keep learning, contribute ideas and grow with the firm.
