The Service & Validation Technician is responsible for servicing, repairing, installing, commissioning and validating Rhima equipment at customer sites. Working closely with the Senior Service Technician, this role helps ensure equipment is operating reliably, customers receive excellent support, and validation requirements are completed accurately. The role is primarily field-based and involves travel to customer sites.

Key responsibilities

Carry out preventative maintenance, repairs and scheduled servicing.

Diagnose and repair equipment faults.

Install and commission current equipment.

Perform equipment inspections and performance checks.

Provide professional technical support to customers.

Complete service reports and required documentation.

Perform validation and performance testing.

Complete validation reports and records.

Assist customers with compliance and validation requirements.

Build positive customer relationships.

Be available for frequent regional, interstate and overseas travel when required.
