Open Futures Disability Services Pty Ltd in Jamboree Heights, QLD is seeking a compassionate Female Disability Support Worker to provide complex care for a young woman in her early 30s. The role requires empathy, boundaries, and experience supporting individuals with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and complex behaviours.

You will follow Positive Behaviour Support, assist with personal care, daily living tasks, meal preparation, and maintain detailed notes.
