As a Job Coach, you’ll deliver tailored, person-centred support to participants, helping them overcome barriers and prepare for meaningful employment across Calder Employment Services Area and multiple sites.

This role focuses on resume development, interview preparation, employer engagement, and compliant administration, with outreach to Sunbury and Mickleham.
