About the Role





This is a diverse and hands-on position that combines customer service, technical parts sales and warehouse operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers by identifying and supplying the correct parts and solutions for their needs

- Promoting and recommending products to both existing and new customers

- Interpreting parts requirements using catalogues, databases and supplier resources

- Building strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up

- Maintaining an organised, professional and visually appealing showroom

- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

- Assisting with machine assembly, preparation and deliveries when required

- Supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy and successful branch

About You

We're looking for someone who is reliable, eager to learn and enjoys working as part of a team.

Ideally, you will have:

- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

- Good communication and customer service skills

- An interest in agriculture, machinery, mechanical products or parts sales

- A current driver's licence

- A forklift licence (preferred, but not essential)
