About the Role

As our Finance & Insurance Manager, you will play a key role in guiding customers through vehicle finance, insurance and aftermarket product solutions. Working closely with the Sales team, you will ensure customers receive tailored options while maintaining compliance and delivering a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities include:

- Presenting finance, insurance and protection products to customers
- Building strong relationships with lending and insurance partners
- Managing the end-to-end finance application process
- Ensuring all transactions meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Achieving finance, insurance and aftermarket sales targets
- Supporting the Sales team to maximise customer outcomes




- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the vehicle purchasing journey

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager or Automotive Business Manager
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A customer-first approach with strong attention to detail
- The ability to work in a target-driven environment
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and compliance awareness
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Current driver's licence
