HVAC Service Manager – Established Commercial Business

You’ll lead a team of technicians, account managers, and support staff, playing a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and operational performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and guidance to field technicians, account managers, and administrative personnel
- Serve as the primary technical resource for both team members and major clients
- Build and nurture client partnerships while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Support business development through quoting, tender preparation, and technical solution design




- Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen team engagement

Essential Requirements:

- Demonstrated background in senior-level HVAC service or operations management
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (TAFE qualified)
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of commercial HVAC applications
- Strong people leadership and communication capabilities
- Balanced approach combining technical expertise with commercial awareness
- Track record in team management and service coordination
