Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll play an important role in driving sales, maintaining operational excellence and ensuring our customers receive industry-leading service.

What You'll Be Doing

As Assistant Store Manager you'll help lead the day-to-day operation of the store by:

Delivering exceptional customer service and creating outstanding customer experiences.

Helping customers find the right storage solution for their needs.

Converting enquiries into rentals while promoting StoreProtect and other value-added products.

Supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales, occupancy and revenue targets.

Maintaining a clean, safe and secure facility that customers can be proud to use.

Completing daily administration, cash handling and operational tasks.

Coaching and supporting Store Sales Assistants to deliver outstanding results.

Taking ownership of the centre in the Store Manager's absence.





Building robust relationships with customers and resolving enquiries professionally.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a customer-focused environment and takes pride in delivering great results.

You’ll ideally have:

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or a similar environment.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred but not essential).

Confidence in achieving sales targets and identifying opportunities.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

The ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
