CEVA Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager for our Orchard Hills NSW site. You will lead daily warehouse operations across multiple customer contracts, ensuring safety, efficiency and high performance while guiding supervisors and frontline teams.

You will manage labour planning, KPI-driven performance, budget control, and contribute to the contract P&L;, with a robust focus on inventory accuracy and continuous improvement in a fast-paced contract logistics environment.
