Goin' is expanding in the Australia / New Zealand region, and we’re looking for a Director of Australia & Current Zealand University Partnerships to lead our growth and partnerships with universities across the region.

Our solutions elevate a sense of belonging while delivering tangible conversion and retention results for universities. Goin’ is growing significantly and last year we had >300.000 enrolled students actively using our platform with over 25 million messages shared and more than 5 million friendships created. Serious impact we’re more than proud of and ready to expand further together!

On the community side, Goin’ is the market leader in Australia and New-Zealand while working with 160+ universities globally. As Director of ANZ University Partnerships, you will play a key role in building new partnerships and expanding current partnerships by delivering more value to partners.

Your mission:

Commercial Growth

- Expand Goin’s partnerships across the region
- Build relationships with universities and higher education leaders
- Drive growth within existing partnerships through increased value and results

Account Management

- Ensure universities in the region achieve strong results with their Goin' Communities
- Guide partners with best practices to increase student engagement, conversion and retention




- Help institutions elevate community success and measurable outcomes

We're looking for someone who:

- Has multiple years of experience working with universities or the higher education ecosystem
- Combines commercial drive with partnership mindset
- Is entrepreneurial and excited to build and grow a region
- Loves working with mission-driven products that improve the student experience
- Has a high level of energy, is positive and optimistic
- Is likable, social and great at building and maintaining relationships
- Is fun to work with!

We are keen to offer a salary above the market standard for someone with this level of experience and profile. The compensation package will also include a variable component and substantial opportunities for growth. - Until the 7th of November 2026: We’ll make a top 6 selection and schedule introduction calls. During these introduction calls, there will be enough room for you to get to know more about us, the job and the company.
- The second round will be a dry run where we replicate a situation.
- The third round is meeting the team. This may be 2 separate meetings with either the co-founders, COO, Strategic Account Director and/or Sales Director.
