The role

Lead Brennan’s new Board-backed Enterprise division, focused on winning and delivering large, complex managed services engagements.

Reporting to the Managing Director and joining the ELT,



you’ll own the Enterprise P&L;, growth strategy and operating model, while building the team and capability to establish Enterprise as a major growth engine for Brennan.

What You’ll Build & Lead

- Lead Enterprise Division: Shape the strategy, operating model and capability as the division scales.
- Win major deals: Lead complex enterprise pursuits from qualification through solution, pricing and transition.
- Drive profitable growth: Own the Enterprise P&L;, MRR growth, commercial risk and margins.
- Build exceptional customers: Create reference-grade enterprise partnerships through robust architecture, service management and delivery.
- Build the team: Lead the initial Enterprise team and identify future capability needed for growth.
- Shape Brennan’s future: Represent Enterprise at ELT and Board level and influence Brennan’s broader managed services strategy.

What You’ll Bring

- Senior leadership experience across enterprise managed services or technology services.
- Proven success winning and delivering large, complex managed services engagements.
- Strong P&L;, pricing and commercial management experience.
- Experience building and leading senior delivery, architecture and commercial teams.
- Strong executive presence with CIOs, CFOs and senior customer stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial leadership style with the ability to build, scale and deliver.
