We are seeking an experienced Drink Waiter to provide attentive table service and knowledgeable beverage recommendations, helping guests enjoy a memorable premium dining experience.

Key responsibilities · Prepare tables, polish glassware and arrange service stations to maintain premium dining presentation standards. · Welcome guests professionally and introduce the food menus and beverage selection. · Provide informed recommendations on wines, sake, cocktails and spirits, tailoring pairings to the menu and guests’ preferences. · Take precise orders and liaise with bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service. · Deliver attentive tableside food and beverage service, using correct bottle presentation, opening and pouring techniques, appropriate glassware and serving temperatures. · Coordinate beverage service with the progression of each meal, anticipating guests’ needs throughout their dining experience. · Discreetly clear and reset tables, replace glassware and replenish beverages while maintaining an orderly dining setting. · Assist with cellar organisation, beverage storage, stock rotation and replenishment to preserve product quality. · Present bills and process payments accurately and professionally.



· Maintain impeccable service-area cleanliness and uphold responsible service of alcohol standards.

Skills and experience · Relevant hospitality qualification (preferred). · Demonstrated experience delivering attentive table and beverage service in a premium dining environment (minimum of 12 months of full-time experience). · Responsible Service of Alcohol certification. · Strong knowledge of wine styles, cocktails, spirits and food pairing principles. · Knowledge of sake varieties, Japanese beverages and their pairing with Japanese cuisine is highly regarded. · Proficiency in bottle presentation, opening and pouring techniques, glassware selection and beverage serving temperatures. · Polished communication skills and the ability to provide personalised recommendations with confidence and discretion. · Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams. · Excellent attention to detail, situational awareness and the ability to maintain composed, precise service during busy periods.
