- Hands-on experience with Cyara for automated and end-to-end testing.
- Experience testing IVR, call flows, routing, reporting, and agent desktop applications.
- Strong understanding of Contact Center platforms
- Ability to create test cases, execute test scenarios, and manage defect tracking.
- Experience with UAT, SIT, and regression testing.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
