Your new company A leading construction company operating in Wollert is looking for several skilled excavator, grader and dozer operators to join their growing team. With long hours available, excellent earning potential, and ongoing work, with the potential to go full time down the track. Your new role

Your new role consists of the following:

Operating either graders, excavators, or dozers safely and efficiently (minimum 3 years on any of these machines)

Carrying out pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks

Working alongside site supervisors and other operators

Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

Meeting production and operational requirements

Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 3 years' operating experience

Current and valid ticket for the machinery you operate (Grader, Excavator, or Dozer)

Strong understanding of safe operating procedures





Ability to work long hours when required

Reliable transport and strong work ethic

Ability to work effectively within a team environment

What you'll get in return

$45 per hour plus overtime

Travel allowance

Meal allowance, when applicable, based on hours worked
