Role: Event Project Manager

Type: Full Time (Fixed-Term) Contract with the opportunity to extend

Duration: 6 months, commencing December

Location: Abbotsford

About the role

Frank Wild is currently looking for an Event Project Manager to join the team.

This is an 'all-rounder' role and crosses over multiple formats such as conferencing, custom build fit outs, experiential and VIP events. The role sits in a close-knit team that provides support throughout.

About you

You are experienced in managing a variety of high-paced projects. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to deal with high pressure workloads and timeframes will stand you in good stead. You will require initiative, motivation and a penchant for doing things a little differently.

The essential ‘must haves’ include:

- Event/Project Management experience
- Commitment to sustainability
- Valid Drivers Licence

None of the below are essential, but experience in any of the following would be a bonus:
- Design skills (Adobe Suite, CAD, Figma, SketchUp or similar)
- Experience in sustainability practices
- Technical production knowledge
- An understanding of basic construction
- Monday.com project management tool

Remuneration To be discussed but will be based on experience and suitability for the role.

We design and produce a broad range of projects, ranging from major events and custom builds, to conferences and live event production. We are B Corp certified and have a solid focus on understanding and improving our environmental and social impact.

Our team is tight-knit, supportive and driven to produce industry leading work. We’re also very social and often partake in a Friday afternoon beverage or two.

We don’t conform to the 9-5 model, we trust our team to get the job done in the window that best works for each individual. We work a 9 day fortnight in the 'quieter' event periods.
