Delta Electronics is seeking a proactive and energetic Marketing & Events Specialist to support major marketing initiatives and flagship customer events across Australia in 2027 and beyond.

This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional with experience in B2B marketing, events, exhibitions, or customer engagement who wants to build their career within a global technology organisation.

You'll play a key role in delivering industry exhibitions, technical seminars, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns across sectors including:

- Data Centres
- Energy Infrastructure
- Industrial Automation
- Building Automation
- EV Charging Solutions
- Smart Manufacturing

About the Role

You will support Delta's marketing and customer engagement activities across Australia, working closely with internal stakeholders, industry partners, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Event Management & Customer Engagement (40%)

- Plan and coordinate seminars, exhibitions, product launches, technical workshops, customer events and industry conferences
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including registrations, invitations, venue coordination,



suppliers, promotional materials and post-event follow-up
- Support Delta flagship customer engagement programs, including Delta Tech Series and Delta Connect
- Attend and support industry events, exhibitions and customer activities across Australia
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery

Marketing Campaigns & Digital Marketing (30%)
- Execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, events and sales channels
- Develop and coordinate campaign assets, email communications, landing pages and sales enablement materials
- Create content for LinkedIn, customer communications, websites and thought leadership initiatives
- Maintain campaign calendars and support lead generation and customer engagement activities
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign and event effectiveness reports

Marketing Operations & CRM (20%)
- Maintain CRM and marketing databases
- Track marketing leads, customer engagement metrics and event attendance
- Assist with supplier coordination, purchase requests and budget tracking
- Support continuous improvement of marketing processes and reporting

Content & Design Support (10%)
- Develop presentations, brochures, event materials, social media graphics and customer-facing collateral
- Create and update marketing content using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite




- Ensure consistency with Delta brand guidelines across all marketing communications

About You

Essential Requirements

- 2-4 years' experience in B2B marketing, marketing communications, events management or related fields
- Experience coordinating exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, conferences, customer events or product launches
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 and CRM or marketing automation tools
- Australian Driver's Licence
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights

Highly Regarded

Experience within one or more of the following industries:

- Infrastructure
- EV Charging
- Technology or Technical B2B Markets

Experience with

- Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Digital marketing, email marketing and social media campaigns
- Event management and exhibition planning
