Role Description The Experienced Scaffolder role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Brisbane Area. The role involves erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems in line with safety regulations and project specifications. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting plans, measuring and selecting materials, inspecting structures for stability, and maintaining clean and organized work areas.

The scaffolder will collaborate closely with site supervisors, builders, and other trades, ensuring safe access solutions on domestic, commercial, and industrial projects. The role also includes routine safety checks,



reporting hazards, and complying with company policies and relevant legislation.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Scaffolding, including erection, modification, and dismantling of various scaffold types.
- Strong competency in Working at Height and Fall Protection, with a focus on safe use of harnesses, lanyards, and access equipment.
- Relevant construction safety certification such as CSCS (or equivalent local construction safety card).
- Current high-risk work license or scaffolding ticket appropriate to the role.
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks safely.
- Sound understanding of construction site safety standards and regulations.
- Reliable transport to various sites in the Greater Brisbane Area and willingness to work across domestic, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and communicate clearly with supervisors and co-workers.
- Previous experience in South East Queensland construction environments is an advantage.
