As a Business Development Manager - Fixed Plant, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and developing innovative supply solutions across fixed plant maintenance, shutdowns, wear components, consumables, and reliability-focused programs.

Key focus areas include:

✅ Developing and executing growth strategies within the Fixed Plant sector

✅ Building relationships with maintenance, planning, reliability, and procurement teams

✅ Identifying opportunities for shutdown solutions, project supply, and inventory optimisation

✅ Collaborating with technical and commercial teams to deliver customer value





✅ Driving sustainable revenue growth across Western Australia's mining and industrial markets
