Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Working Group

Equity Trustees is seeking two Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander participants to join its Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Working Group.

As part of our commitment to reconciliation, we are seeking First Nations voices to contribute perspectives and insights that help inform the implementation of our Innovate RAP. Participants will join a diverse group of employees and contribute to discussions on selected RAP initiatives, opportunities and challenges.

About the role The RAP Working Group meets online four times each year. Participants will:

- Attend four online meetings annually
- Review brief background materials prior to each meeting
- Share perspectives and feedback on specific RAP-related topics and initiatives
- Contribute to informed discussion and decision-making regarding RAP implementation.

The role is designed to provide focused input into RAP implementation and is not intended to involve broader consultancy or advisory work outside the Working Group meetings.

Remuneration

Participants will receive $1,000 per meeting, inclusive of preparation time and attendance, with up to four meetings each year.

- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
